Exercise is a key component to positive mental health and living a happy life. My aim is to help you to identify your fitness goals and focus on these in a fun and supportive environment through dance fitness. I will be with you every step of the way!
What I Teach
The Fun Way to Fit!
I offer fun and positive dance fitness classes. Not only will you sweat and get fit, but you will be left with a happy boost for the rest of the day! Dancing is proven to reduce anxiety and depression, aid movement and flexibility and help mental agility.
Zumba
Zumba® takes the "work" out of workout by giving you a fun dance fitness party, and has the reputation of being “exercise in disguise”. The class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning class.
Fit4Tap
FUN & FUNKY Tap Dance Fitness Fusion! Fit4tap is a great alternative tap dance fitness class aimed at beginner or refresher tappers who want to learn to tap with the added flavour of a cardio dance fitness work out.
Benefits of Dance Fitness
You get to workout to great tracks and enjoy yourself
Dance fitness is great for improving mental health, such as lifting mood and easing anxiety.
Your muscular strength, endurance and tone will improve over time
You'll burn around 400 calories in a 45 minute session
Your coordination, agility and flexibility will improve
It's a fun activity that sharpens the mind, increases aerobic power and strength, builds social bonds, and can reduce pain and stiffness.

Fit4Tap is so much fun! Easy to follow steps which lead you into routines danced to great music. You don’t need to know what you’re doing beforehand because Liz makes it all really clear. Gets your heart rate and your endorphins going!
